How are we handling your node keys, and deliver them to you?

When we deploy your node, depending on the type of node, there may be zero to n amount of wallets and associated private keys generated.

Our deployment team saves all sensitive data associated with your node into a vault, in a fully encrypted manner.

After that, no member of our team except the security manager can ever read this data unless they decrypt it. Any decryption event is registered and stamped with the date and time, for investigation purposes if ever necessary.

Once your keys are registered into the vault, you will see a yellow key button appear on your dashboard.

Clicking this key button will reveal the secret key associated to the node.

Note and secure this key.

At this point, we recommend you to click the 'Delete from nodeshark forever' button. This will completely wipe your secret from our system.

WARNING: This is an irreversible process. We will not be able to find your keys, as we will have no record of it once you click this button. It is essential that you note your keys down and secure them before clicking it.
